I am starting Keto today because after being in school full time and working full time while trying to take care of my family for the last 4.5 years, it’s time to finally focus on my health. I recently went to the doctor and had to start blood pressure meds, so my number one goal is to not have to take any medicines! I’m glad I found your blog. I think it will help keep me motivated to stay on track! Congrats, you look great btw!

  18. Hey Tina! I started last August and stopped in March. I lost 46lbs. total. But I stopped because my cholesterol was too high and we are planning to expand our family soon. Although I still love reading other people’s experiences on keto. Especially since there are tips that you can still apply to a low carb diet. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to following along with your journey 😉
