In recent months I’ve been focusing on just how powerful our words are, including the way we speak about ourselves. As long as I an remember I’ve said that I am not organized and I’ve lived up to those words. We have a new home and are entering a new season of live so I’ve decided that it’s time to change that narrative. I can be more organized and I will take the time to learn how. It’s actually not a difficult as we make it in our minds, it just takes a little bit of intention. I’ve started the first of many organization projects in my kitchen, with my spice drawer organizer. It was so easy that my 6 year old could’ve done it and took less than an hour.
Here’s what it will take to obtain the organized spice drawer that Pinterest dreams are made of:
2. Order new jars and labels. Include a spice drawer organizer insert for a classier look. Mine are from Amazon and they really bring the entire look together.
3. Move spices from old jars to the new. Watching the spices fall like a sand timer was quite therapeutic; as it move decluttering or organization projects.
4. Enjoy your little piece of organization in your life. Then decided what you’ll be organizing next.
If anyone is determined to get more organized, I’m taking suggestions on what simple organization project I should do next. Fridge? Pantry? Closet? Help me help you achieve more organization in your life.
If you end up organizing your kitchen using this spice drawer organizer make sure that you tag me on IG or Pinterest so that I can see it when it’s done.
